"Saturday afternoon around 4:30pm. We were heading home from Lake Tillery to Greensboro. We stopped in Albemarle to fuel up and got a nail in our rear tire, of course the tire went flat. The other riders with me fanned out in all directions looking for a bike shop. Surely they were all closed at this time in the afternoon. Luckily Rick Price of RPM Cycles was there late because a customer was late picking up there purchase. My fellow rider explained to Rick the situation, and the guys at RPM Cycles came out to the site where I was with an air tank and followed me back to his store. Rick asked Zack one of his service guys to hang out and replace the tube for me. Rick, Zack, and other RPM Cycle employees went above and beyond to provide service and customer service for a biker in need. I highly reccomend that you stop by RPM Cycles in Albemarle,NC, and experience the courtesy that they extend to all of thier customers. I will drive the 1 1/2 hours from Greensboro,NC for my bike service. And fully expect to purchase my next bike from these fine folks. Again, thanks for your help, and ride safe!"

"The people at RPM Cycles are fast, friendly, courteous, and, more importantly, very knowledgeable. Rick knows the specifics of the models and how they apply to what you’re looking for. He also races and his son knows more about bikes than most salesman three times his age. My wife and I were so happy with our first purchase from Rick that we went back a week later to purchase another bike.

"This was the best experience I have encountered buying a new motorcycle. The entire sales group worked with me over the phone and kept we up to date on the bike I wanted to purchase. I drove 5 1/2 hours to purchase this bike and it was worth it. I bought a CBR1000RR and I own a CR125. I will definitely buy my next bike from this dealership. May a four wheeler or a watercraft next year !"

"I just bought an ST 1300 from Rick and Love the bike. I went all the way back to Albemarle, a 4 hour roundtrip ride for my first service. The people at the dealership are the friendliest I have ever dealt with. My Givi top box I ordered had a cracked lense, they found it, called Givi and had a replacement ordered within minutes! I will continue to take my business there and would recommend them to anyone. Great Job!"
